Refund policy

At Designs Now, we focus on delivering the right product with reliable quality. Please review our refund and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund & Exchange (Only if Product is Faulty)

Exchange or refund is offered only in the cases below:

✔ The product has a manufacturing defect
✔ The product delivered is different from what was shown

📌 A complete unboxing video is required as proof, starting from the parcel opening.
Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

2. No Claims for “Not Liked” or Change of Mind

If the product delivered is as shown on the website/social media and matches the order details, then refund or exchange will not be provided even if the customer does not like it.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned parcel at our end, the exchange or refund request will be handled within 3–5 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Sale or discounted items (unless there is a defect)
❌ Orders without required unboxing video proof

📌 If a genuine defect is present, claims will be accepted even for sale items, provided there is valid video proof.
